Originally released in 2014, Vengo followed Ana Tijouxs Grammy and Latin GRAMMY nominated album La Bala, and quickly cemented her status as one of the most powerful voices in Latin hip-hop, Andean folk, and politically charged lyricism. The record, celebrated by critics as one of the best of its year, features the hit single Vengo, which debuted via Spin and became a defining anthem of cultural pride and resistance.
