“Knocked Loose’s A Different Shade of Blue unleashes a ferocious onslaught of hardcore aggression, firmly establishing the band as leaders in the contemporary metalcore scene. Released under Pure Noise Records, this album signifies the evolution of the band’s sound while staying true to their roots. Hailing from Kentucky, Knocked Loose channels their influences from classic hardcore punk and metal, delivering blistering riffs, thunderous breakdowns, and guttural vocals. Tracks like ‘Mistakes Like Fractures’ and ‘Belleville’ showcase their raw intensity, earning recognition in both underground and mainstream metal circles. ‘A Different Shade of Blue’ sets itself apart with it’s uncompromising energy and lyrical depth, influencing a new wave of heavy music. Dive into ‘A Serpent’s Touch’ for it’s relentless pace and haunting atmosphere, or ‘By the Grave’ for it’s bone-crushing breakdowns and confrontational lyrics. With production by Will Putney, the album captures the essence of modern hardcore at it’s finest.” – Pure Noise
