The Babalooneys Goin’ For It More Surf, Lounge and Exotic Sounds from Hi-Tide Recordings! Fans of Dick Dale, The Ventures, Los Straitjackets and The Surfrajettes will surely be Goin’ For It! – dancin’ and cruisin’ to the latest and greatest release from Qubec’s contributors to the Go Sound: The Babalooneys! Indie Retail Exclsuive CANDY APPLE RED COLORED VINYL Late to the party? Not this time pal. These top-notch swingers are really Goin’ For It in a really big way. Starting with the tremendous vibe of “Waveline” to the latest additions to the world of skateboarding music, “Kickturn” and “Curb Surfin'” – and let’s not forget the caffeinated drumming of Chany Lagueux on “Cup O’ Coffee”! A future classic for sure. This fine album wraps it up with the bump and grind of Overcast which I know will be a dance floor filler at all the stomps! Richard, Johnny, Antoine, Martin, and Chany were really Goin’ For It on this album.
